Crunchy Little Lentils by Three Farmers

Crunchy Little Lentils by Three Farmers is roasted lentils tossed with sea salt. The lentils are grown and made in Canada where the source can be traced by a code on Three Famers’ website. The nut and peanut free and gluten product is an allergy-friendly snack.

The roasted lentil is crunchy and somewhat tastes like sunflower seeds. It is lightly salted so it would be a great addition to salads. It is a great snack after exercises because it contains high plant protein. However, I wouldn’t recommend snacking it alone because the salt would make you feel quite thirsty.

Quinoa Cacao Granola by One Degree Organic Foods

Quinoa Cacao Granola by One Degree Organic Foods is lightly sweetened oat and quinoa clustered with cacao. The granola is resourced responsibly from farmers using 100% organic and gluten-free ingredients. You can track the sources of the ingredients and see the farmers and producers of each ingredient using the 6-digit code on the back of the package.

The granola is crunchy and has the texture of normal granola. It is only lightly sweetened enough to cover the bitterness of cacao. The cacao bonds the granola nicely into small bite size. I would recommend eating them either as snacks or add them into plain yogurts.
